3.1 Age Requirement

You MUST be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. This is a strict requirement due to the nature of content in the app, including:

• Intimate relationship questions
• Sexual health and intimacy content
• Adult relationship topics
• Sexual education (Intimacy 101)
• Sexual positions content
• Private messaging with partners

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You will not allow anyone under 18 to use your account

3.2 Partner Age Verification

When pairing with a Partner:

• Both partners must be 18 years or older
• You are responsible for ensuring your Partner meets age requirements
• Pairing with someone under 18 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination
• You must report any suspected underage users

3.3 Relationship Status

The Service is designed for:

• Romantic couples (married, dating, engaged, partnered)
• Consenting adults in committed relationships
• Couples seeking to improve communication and intimacy

The Service is NOT intended for:

• Casual dating or meeting new people
• Multiple simultaneous pairings (you can only pair with ONE person at a time)
• Non-romantic relationships (parent-child, siblings, friends)

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

The Service is operated from Thailand and available worldwide. You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding:

• Relationship/dating apps
• Adult content access
• Sexual education content
• Online communications
• Data privacy regulations

4.1 How Pairing Works

To use the full features of the Service:

1. Both partners create individual accounts
2. One partner sends a pairing invitation (via email, link, or code)
3. Other partner accepts the invitation
4. Accounts become linked as a paired couple
5. Both partners can now share content and access couple features

4.2 Pairing Consent

By pairing with a Partner, you both agree that:

• You consent to share designated content with each other
• Your Partner will be able to see content you mark as "shared"
• Pairing is mutual - both must consent
• Either partner can unpair at any time
• You are in a consensual romantic relationship with your Partner

4.3 Pairing Limitations

• You can only be paired with ONE partner at a time
• You must unpair from current Partner before pairing with someone else
• Both partners must actively use the app for full functionality
• If your Partner deletes their account, you will be automatically unpaired

4.4 Pairing Invitation Security

• Do not share pairing invitations publicly
• Only send invitations to your intended Partner
• Pairing invitations expire after 7 days
• We are not responsible for invitations sent to wrong person

4.5 Verification

We may require additional verification:

• Email verification for both partners
• Phone number verification
• Identity verification (for safety/abuse cases)

We reserve the right to reject or terminate any pairing we believe violates these Terms.

Know Me Deeper includes different types of content with different privacy settings:

You control what you share:

• Before answering questions, you can choose "Share with Partner" or "Keep Private"
• Journal entries can be private or shared (you choose per entry)
• Chat messages are always shared with Partner
• Heart notes are always shared
• Some features (couple games, conflict resolution) are shared by nature
• Confessions can be anonymous or revealed

5.3 Your Partner's Access to Your Content

When you share content with your Partner:

• They can read, view, and screenshot your shared content
• They retain access to historically shared content even after unpairing
• We cannot control what they do with your shared content
• They may save, forward, or share your content outside the app
• You are responsible for deciding what to share - think carefully before sharing sensitive information

6.1 In-App Messaging

Know Me Deeper includes private chat between paired Partners:

• Real-time messaging
• Share images, links, and media (if enabled)
• Chat history stored in-app
• Both Partners can see full chat history

6.2 Chat Privacy & Monitoring

Your chats are between you and your Partner, with these important notes:

• End-to-end encryption: Chats are encrypted in transit and when stored
• We do NOT read your chats under normal circumstances
• We MAY access chats if:
  • Required by law or court order
  • Investigating abuse, threats, or illegal activity
  • Responding to safety concerns or reports
  • Enforcing these Terms

6.3 Prohibited Chat Content

You agree NOT to send:

• Illegal content (child exploitation, illegal activities, etc.)
• Threats, harassment, or abuse toward Partner or others
• Spam or promotional content
• Malware, viruses, or harmful links
• Non-consensual intimate images (revenge porn)

Violation of chat policy will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

6.4 Deleting Chats

• You can delete messages from your view (but Partner's copy remains)
• Deleting chat history does NOT delete from Partner's device
• If you unpair, chat history remains accessible to both parties
• Only account deletion will remove chats from our servers (after 90 days)

7.1 How to Unpair

Either Partner can unpair at any time:

1. Go to Settings → Relationship → Unpair
2. Confirm decision to unpair
3. Other Partner will be notified immediately
4. Unpairing happens immediately and cannot be undone

7.2 What Happens When You Unpair

When you unpair from your Partner:

You can re-pair with the same Partner by mutual agreement:

• Previously shared content history is restored
• Streaks reset and start fresh
• Requires new invitation and pairing acceptance

7.4 Pairing with Someone New

To pair with a different Partner:

1. Unpair from current Partner first
2. Wait for unpairing to complete (immediate)
3. Then send/accept new pairing invitation
4. Previous relationship content is NOT shared with new Partner

8.1 Couple Questions

The Service provides:

• Daily couple questions
• Deep conversation prompts
• Relationship check-ins
• Communication exercises

8.2 Self-Discovery Questions

Personal questions for individual growth:

• Self-exploration and values
• Personal goal setting
• Self-reflection prompts
• Personal growth tracking

8.3 Question Privacy

• Couple questions: Answers are shared by default (you can choose private)
• Self-discovery questions: Private by default (you can choose to share)
• Historical answers remain accessible even after unpairing

9.1 What Are Heart Notes

Daily heart notes allow you to:

• Send daily loving messages to your Partner
• Express gratitude and love
• Build connection through daily communication
• Track history of notes sent

9.2 Heart Notes Privacy

• Heart notes are ALWAYS shared with Partner
• Both Partners can see all exchanged heart notes
• Heart notes contribute to your relationship streak
• Notes remain in history even after unpairing

Heart notes should be:

• Positive and loving
• Respectful and appropriate
• Genuine expressions of care
• Within community guidelines

• Playfulness suggestions

10.2 Using Flirt Prompts

• New prompts sent daily
• Opt-in feature (can be disabled)

11.3 Game Privacy

• Game participation and results are shared with Partner
• You can decline any game or activity
• Historical game data remains after unpairing

We may review reported content and terminate accounts for violations.

12.6 Consent Requirements

• Both Partners must consent to participate
• You can decline any activity without penalty
• Consent can be withdrawn at any time
• Respect your Partner's boundaries
• The app facilitates communication but does not replace real-world consent discussions

• Violate privacy or dignity of Partner

23.1 Account Creation

To create an account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information (name, email, etc.)
• Verify your email address
• Create a secure password
• Accept these Terms

23.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secret
• All activity under your account
• Logging out on shared devices
• Notifying us of unauthorized access

25.1 Our Intellectual Property

We own all rights in:

• Questions, prompts, and daily flirt messages
• Articles, guides, and educational content (Love Lab, Intimacy 101)
• Intimate positions content and illustrations
• Algorithms and AI features
• Designs, layouts, and user interfaces
• Trademarks, logos, and branding
• Date ideas content

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
• Reverse engineer the app
• Create derivative works or competing apps
• Remove copyright notices
• Use our branding without permission
• Share Intimacy 101 or positions content outside the app

25.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of:

• Your journal entries
• Your answers to questions
• Your personal images and content
• Your chat messages
• Your confessions
• Your timeline events
• Your bucket list items

License you grant us: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and display your content back to you
• Process content through AI features (when you use them)
• Share content with paired Partner (when you choose to share)
• Make necessary technical modifications for the Service

We will NEVER:

• Sell your personal content
• Share your journals with third parties (except Partner when you choose)
• Use your content for marketing without consent
• Make your private content public

27.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including:

• Merchantability or fitness for purpose
• Accuracy of AI guidance
• Relationship improvement results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security from breaches
• Accuracy of educational content

27.2 Relationship Outcomes

We do NOT guarantee:

• Your relationship will improve
• Conflicts will be resolved
• Your Partner will change behavior
• Relationship will last
• You will achieve relationship goals
• Intimacy will improve
• Accuracy of health tracker

Relationship success depends on many factors beyond our control.

28.1 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability to you will not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or
• $100 (USD)

28.2 Excluded Damages

We are NOT liable for:

• Breakups or relationship conflicts
• Emotional distress or mental damages
• Actions or behavior of your Partner
• Decisions made following AI advice
• Data loss or security breaches
• Actions of third parties
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Injuries from attempting intimate positions
• Date experiences or third-party services
• Negative outcomes from confessions

30.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

30.2 Jurisdiction

Legal proceedings must be filed in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

30.3 Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit:

1. Contact us at customerservice@knowmedeeper.com
2. Attempt informal resolution for 30 days
3. If unresolved, proceed with legal action

31.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms plus our Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement.

31.2 Changes to Terms

We may modify Terms at any time with 30 days notice for material changes.

31.3 Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

31.4 Assignment

You cannot assign your rights. We may assign without restriction.

31.5 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

31.6 Language

These Terms are provided in English. If translated, the English version controls.
