No charges will be made during the trial period.

By starting a free trial, you agree that if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.

It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial expires if you do not wish to continue.

2. Subscription Billing Authorization

By purchasing a subscription, you:

• Authorize KnowMeDeeper.com to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Agree to automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual).
• Confirm that you understand billing will continue unless canceled.
• All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once charged.

3. No Refund Policy

Because users are provided a full 7-day free trial to evaluate the service, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for:

• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Unused subscription time
• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Dissatisfaction after trial period

Access to the platform remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

• Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.
• You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
• No partial refunds or credits will be issued.

5. Billing Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension.
