• ❌ Spam, advertising, or promotion without permission
• ❌ Impersonating others or creating fake accounts
• ❌ Using the app if you're under 18
• ❌ Accessing accounts without permission

1. ILLEGAL CONTENT

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - zero tolerance, immediate ban and law enforcement notification
• Content depicting or promoting illegal activities
• Drugs, weapons, or other controlled substances
• Stolen or pirated content
• Content that violates any laws

2. VIOLENT OR GRAPHIC CONTENT

• Extreme violence or gore
• Content promoting self-harm or suicide
• Content glorifying violence or abuse
• Graphic depictions of death or injury
• Animal abuse or cruelty

3. HATE SPEECH OR DISCRIMINATION

• Content promoting hate based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
• Slurs, derogatory language, or hateful symbols
• Content promoting supremacist ideologies
• Discriminatory stereotypes or mockery

4. HARASSMENT OR BULLYING

• Threats of violence or harm
• Stalking or unwanted contact after being asked to stop
• Doxxing (sharing private information without consent)
• Repeated unwanted messages or contact
• Intimidation or coercion
• Revenge porn or non-consensual intimate images

5. SEXUAL CONTENT VIOLATIONS

• Non-consensual intimate images or videos
• Content sexualizing minors in any way
• Pornographic content (app is educational, not pornographic)
• Unsolicited sexual content to your partner
• Content promoting sexual violence or exploitation
• Solicitation of sexual services

6. SPAM AND SCAMS

• Unsolicited advertising or promotions
• Pyramid schemes or get-rich-quick schemes
• Phishing attempts or fraudulent links
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Impersonation or fake accounts
• Manipulative or deceptive content

7. PRIVACY VIOLATIONS

• Sharing others' private information without consent
• Screenshots or recordings shared without permission
• Logging into someone else's account
• Accessing your partner's private content without permission
• Sharing intimate details about your partner publicly

Relationship Misconduct

• ❌ Abuse - Physical, emotional, verbal, sexual, or financial abuse
• ❌ Coercion - Forcing, pressuring, or manipulating your partner
• ❌ Gaslighting - Denying reality or making your partner question their sanity
• ❌ Controlling Behavior - Excessive monitoring, isolation, or restriction of freedom
• ❌ Emotional Manipulation - Guilt-tripping, love-bombing followed by withdrawal
• ❌ Threatening - Threats of harm, abandonment, or exposure
• ❌ Intimidation - Using fear to control or influence your partner

Platform Misconduct

• ❌ Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or deceive
• ❌ Impersonation of others or misrepresentation of identity
• ❌ Hacking or unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• ❌ Interfering with the Service through technical means
• ❌ Exploiting bugs for advantage without reporting them
• ❌ Scraping or data harvesting from the platform
• ❌ Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code
• ❌ Violating intellectual property rights

Misuse of Features

• ❌ Confessions - Using anonymously to abuse, harass, or deceive
• ❌ Chat - Sending harmful, threatening, or unwanted messages
• ❌ Games - Pressuring partner to participate in uncomfortable activities
• ❌ AI Features - Attempting to manipulate or "jailbreak" AI systems
• ❌ Reporting - Filing false reports or abusing safety features
• ❌ Streaks - Using artificial means to maintain streaks

Appropriate Intimate Content:

• ✅ Educational discussions about sexuality and intimacy
• ✅ Questions about physical and emotional connection
• ✅ Respectful exploration of intimate topics with your partner
• ✅ Content about consent, boundaries, and healthy sexuality
• ✅ Using Intimacy 101 and Intimate Positions as intended (education)
• ✅ Private, consensual sharing between paired partners

Inappropriate Intimate Content:

• ❌ Pornographic images or videos
• ❌ Explicit sexual content beyond educational scope
• ❌ Non-consensual intimate images (revenge porn)
• ❌ Sharing intimate content outside the relationship
• ❌ Pressuring partner for intimate images or activities
• ❌ Using intimate features with anyone under 18
• ❌ Sexualization or objectification
• ❌ Content promoting unhealthy or harmful sexual practices

Consent Requirements:

• Both partners must consent to view or engage with intimate content
• Consent is ongoing - either partner can decline at any time
• No means no - respect refusals without pressure
• Communication is key - discuss comfort levels openly
• Privacy matters - don't share intimate content outside the relationship

How to Report

If you see or experience content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

What Happens After You Report

1. Acknowledgment - We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours
2. Investigation - Our team reviews the report and evidence
3. Decision - We determine if guidelines were violated
4. Action - Appropriate consequences are applied
5. Follow-up - Reporter receives outcome notification (privacy permitting)

Investigation Process

• Confidentiality - Reports are handled privately
• Thorough Review - We examine all available evidence
• Fair Assessment - All parties may be contacted for information
• Timely Action - Most investigations complete within 3-5 business days
• Safety Priority - Immediate threats receive urgent attention

False Reports

• Making false reports to harass others violates guidelines
• False reporters may face account consequences

Chat and Messaging

• Use chat for healthy, respectful communication
• No harassment, threats, or abuse
• Respect when partner doesn't respond immediately
• Don't demand access to partner's phone or device
• Respect partner's right to delete messages
• Remember: Chat is private but can be reported for violations

Confessions

• Use for vulnerable sharing, not for deception or manipulation
• Don't confess abusive actions or intentions
• Don't use to guilt-trip or control your partner
• Remember: Anonymous confessions can still be reported
• Once revealed, confessions are permanent

• Keep notes loving, kind, and supportive

Games and Activities

• Both partners must consent to play

• Don't attempt to manipulate or "trick" the AI

• Shared entries remain accessible even after unpairing

Mood Tracking

• Don't use partner's mood data to gaslight or manipulate

Respect Copyright

• Don't share copyrighted content without permission
